Warranty Policy

This product has passed our standard quality tests. If a malfunction occurs while the product is used in accordance with the instruction manual, we will repair it free of charge within the warranty period.

Parts covered by the warranty: The watch body (including the movement) and the strap.

Exclusions (even within the warranty period)

• If the warranty card has been lost
• If there are signs of disassembly or processing
• Damage or malfunction caused by customer negligence
• Damage caused by natural disasters
• Changes in external color, etc. (including the product and strap)
• Malfunctions that appear to have been caused by strong impacts, etc.
• Cases where the product has not been used in accordance with the instruction manual

Customer-borne costs

1. Round-trip shipping costs for repairs and part replacements
2. Customs duties and import/export related charges

Repair and replacement inquiries

We accept repairs and parts replacement for watches purchased from RENAUTUS. We also accept repairs after the warranty period has expired.
